He leads statutory audit engagements and assumes full responsibility for the issuance of independent audit opinions on annual financial statements. drs. Willem‑Paul Herber RA is a finance and risk specialist with a background in accounting, control, and financial compliance. He has experience in internal control, financial reporting, audit processes, and risk management, supporting organizations in strengthening their financial governance and compliance frameworks. He engages with cross-functional teams to enhance control systems, align processes with regulatory standards, and improve operational transparency. With a focus on practical business solutions and strong analytical skills, Willem-Paul works to ensure that financial systems are robust, compliant, and prepared for audit readiness.

Paul Renaud RA is a senior audit professional and compliance officer that is supporting us as Compliance Officer in ensuring a relevant and adequate system of quality control and management. In summary, the work consists of the following:
Performing and/or supporting Engagement-oriented quality assessments of both audit engagements and other engagements;
Supporting the internal compliance officer;
In a general sense, acting as an advisor and sparring technical partner to the senior audit partner of internal compliance officer.

Mr. Sanjai Gena RB is a Senior Tax Advisor and a certified member of the Register Belastingadvisors (RB). He provides expert guidance on Dutch tax law, fiscal strategy, and compliance matters for both corporate and private clients. His expertise includes tax structuring, regulatory interpretation, and financial advisory services, helping clients navigate complex legislative environments while optimizing their fiscal position.

He provides strategic guidance on compliance, risk management, and regulatory implementation. Tisha Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in statutory and internal audits under Dutch GAAP and International Auditing Standards. She has led engagements across energy, chemicals, manufacturing, and technology sectors, and has advised clients on due diligence, risk assessment, and the design of effective internal control frameworks. Her work reflects strong technical expertise and a practical approach to governance and risk management.
