Anand Ramdas is managing (senior) audit partner with over 30 years of professional practice. He leads statutory audit engagements and assumes full responsibility for the issuance of independent audit opinions on annual financial statements. He works closely with boards and senior management on financial reporting, internal controls, and governance matters, bringing depth of experience, commercial understanding, and firm professional judgment to every engagement.
 

Gerco Recter serves as External Compliance Officer of IAC Audit & Assurance. He oversees the firm’s compliance framework, with a focus on professional standards, independence, regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Drawing on extensive experience in governance and risk management, he provides independent oversight and practical guidance to support the firm’s commitment to integrity, quality and regulatory excellence.
 

Paul Renaud RA is an external Compliance Officer from Avantime Compliance Consultants. As a senior audit professional and compliance specialist, he supports IAC Audit & Assurance in maintaining a relevant and effective system of quality management.

His responsibilities include:

• Performing and supporting engagement quality reviews for audit engagements and other professional engagements;
• Supporting IAC’s internal Compliance Officer; and
• Acting as a technical adviser and sparring partner to the Senior Audit Partner and the internal Compliance Officer.

Mr. Sanjai Gena RB is a Senior Tax Advisor and a certified member of the Register Belastingadvisors (RB). He provides expert guidance on Dutch tax law, fiscal strategy, and compliance matters for both corporate and private clients. His expertise includes tax structuring, regulatory interpretation, and financial advisory services, helping clients navigate complex legislative environments while optimizing their fiscal position.

Antoine Kortekaas RA is an external compliance professional from Avantime Compliance Consultants. He has extensive audit and compliance experience, with particular expertise in regulatory advisory and professional-services oversight.

He supports IAC Audit & Assurance by providing strategic guidance on compliance, risk management and regulatory implementation. His work focuses on strengthening governance structures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and professional standards, and improving operational integrity.

Known for his analytical mindset and pragmatic approach, Antoine combines regulatory expertise with practical business insight to deliver effective and sustainable compliance solutions. He also actively contributes to professional discussions and knowledge-sharing within the compliance and financial-services community.

François Herms RA is an external finance and compliance professional from Kriton. He has extensive experience in financial management, internal control and corporate governance, with particular expertise in regulatory compliance, risk assessment and financial reporting within the Dutch business environment.

Tisha Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in statutory and internal audits under Dutch GAAP and International Auditing Standards. She has led engagements across energy, chemicals, manufacturing, and technology sectors, and has advised clients on due diligence, risk assessment, and the design of effective internal control frameworks. Her work reflects strong technical expertise and a practical approach to governance and risk management.
